Nafez Abu Tarboush holds a Ph.D in biochemistry and an MSc in biomedical Sciences from The University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, MS, USA. He also holds a Bachelor of Dental Syrgery from the University of Jordan (JU). Currently, he is a professor of biochemistry at school of medicine at JU. He is interested in obesity from a biochemical background and trying to investigate the role of anti-obesity agents’ effects on the metabolic processes in the body.
