Majd Al-Hamaly is a doctoral student, graduate research assistant working toward a degree in Pharmacology at the University of Kentucky- College of Medicine. Majd holds a bachelor in Pharmacy and a masters in Pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Jordan. Majd also completed a graduate fellowship in the Responsible conduct of Research form the University of California San Diego and the Jordan University of Science and Technology. Her current research focuses on identifying therapies targeting self-renewal of cancer initiating cells in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
